Shipping policy

 

Our goal at La Vidaa Bella is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging is handled by our Atlanta office. Orders are mailed within 48 hours of the order date. Orders placed on the weekend are processed the following Monday.  Items are mailed from our Atlanta office with the exception of PRESELL orders.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Atlanta office to the destination. After processing, domestic items usually take between 5-7 business days but can take a little longer on occasion. These items are mailed from our Atlanta office. Due to the impact of Covid-19 shipping may be delayed. Priority shipping is only available on select items. We do not offer overnight shipping. LVB is not responsible for lost or stolen items. You will need to contact USPS, FED or UPS directly with your tracking number. LVB is not responsible for delayed shipping by couriers.

PRESELL orders are sent to our manufacturer and are typically mailed within 5 business days. Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery. Presell orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed.

Please note orders containing more than one item may arrive in multiple packages depending on manufacturer and availability. If your order is shipped in multiple packages you will receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each parcel.
